Returns

Return window

We accept returns of new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery, for a refund to your original payment method.

Condition

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with everything they came with. Returns that don't meet these conditions are sent back to the address on the order.

How to start a return

Email hellouseceremony.com with your full name, order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with instructions and the return address. Please wait to hear from us before sending anything back.

Return shipping

You cover the cost of return shipping, and the original shipping charge isn't refunded. Pack the return well, in a box or padded mailer, and use a tracked service. We can't refund items that are lost or damaged on the way back because of poor packaging.

Refunds

Once the return arrives and has been checked, we refund your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to post it. We can't issue refunds to a prepaid or cancelled card you no longer have access to.

Exchanges

We don't offer exchanges. If you'd like a different set, return the one you have and place a new order.

Damaged, missing or wrong items

Check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing or not what you ordered, email us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send replacement parts or a replacement where we can, and arrange a return and refund where we can't.

Cancellations

Orders can't be cancelled or changed once they're placed. If you change your mind, you can return the order under the policy above once it arrives.
