Orders

Can I cancel or change my order?
No. Orders can't be cancelled or changed after they're placed. Once your order arrives you can return it under our returns policy.

I made a typo in my address.
Email hellouseceremony.com straight away with your order number. We'll fix it if the order hasn't shipped yet.

Shipping and returns

Do you ship to my country?
We ship to the US, Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand, most of Asia, and the Middle East. The full list is on the Shipping page.

How much is shipping?
Free on orders of $125 or more, everywhere we ship. Under that, Standard is $8.99 in the US and $15 internationally. US orders can also pick Express for $17.95. See Shipping.

How long until my order ships?
Most orders ship within 24 hours, and all within 72 business hours. See Shipping.

Will I pay duties or taxes on an international order?
No. International orders ship delivered duty paid, so the checkout total is the full price.

Can I return or exchange a set?
New, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We don't offer exchanges. See Returns.
